Candeur Arbora Floor Plan Guide: Tower A, B and C Explained

Candeur Arbora has multiple plan variants across Towers A, B and C. This guide explains the typical-floor mix and what to examine in any floor plan before choosing a unit.

Typical-floor density by tower

Current project references show Tower A and Tower B with ten residences on a typical floor, while Tower C uses an eight-residence typical floor. Fewer homes per floor can mean less lift-lobby traffic and more privacy; more homes per floor can mean a wider variety of sizes. Neither is automatically better. It depends on how you value privacy, price and size choice.

Unit-size combinations

Available plan sizes include combinations around 1,565 / 1,575 SFT (2.5 BHK), 1,800 / 1,830 / 1,880 / 1,905 SFT (3 BHK) and larger 2,150 / 2,205 SFT homes. Exact unit numbering, floor applicability and saleable area should be checked against the latest sanctioned or issued plan before selection.

What to check in a floor plan

  • Entry and privacy: does the door open straight into the living room? Are bedrooms away from the entrance?
  • Kitchen workflow: counter length, utility access, ventilation and distance to the dining area.
  • Bedroom placement: separation between master and secondary bedrooms; wardrobe walls and door swings.
  • Balconies: depth, access from living and bedrooms, and usability for furniture.
  • Orientation and light: which rooms get daylight and cross-ventilation.
  • Structure and services: columns, shafts and utility ducts that restrict furniture layout.
  • Lift lobby: number of lifts relative to units per floor.

Questions for the sales team

  • Which towers and floors currently have the layout I want?
  • Is the area quoted the saleable (super built-up) area, and what is the carpet area?
  • Which RERA registration covers this tower and when is the registered completion date?
  • Can I see the sanctioned plan and the unit-specific cost sheet in writing?
